    We are located in the historic Southwestern Illinois community of Jerseyville. Our community and the surrounding areas are rich in Native American Indian culture. Archaeological excavation sites have revealed the remains of Great Native American Indian civilizations that once thrived in our area.
    Southwestern Crafts and Gifts Trading Post started as a traditional retail business in the central USA. In this early phase of our business, while working face to face with our customers, we developed a great understanding of what products, colors, and price range our customers were looking for. This very valuable learning phase has helped us relate to our worldwide customers today. We have evolved into an e-commerce business, and through the wonders of cyberspace, we have expanded our territory to include "Any Place On Planet Earth". On a daily basis, we literally ship to customers all over the world. We are quite familiar with what it takes to ship an order to your country.
    95% of the correspondance with our customers is through email. The system works great. It's both cost effective, and efficient allowing total flexibility for both parties, no matter what time zone you are located in.
